I liked this movie a lot. The characters were all very likable (except Nedry) and the variety of their reactions to certain events in the movies are super interesting to see. I liked the way there was foreshadowing in little snippets of conversation throughout the movie for things to come, and the way the scenes were cut and placed together added anticipation and excitement to watching the movie. I also liked how when Hammond realized the dinosaurs were hurting people…

Star Wars 1977
I liked this movie a lot. The characters were likable and distinct, the plot was interesting, and the action was engaging. I liked the way each character was introduced because it showed each of their roles and personalities in the film. Han Solo and Chewy’s entrance was fun to watch, and their dynamic was probably one of my favorites in the film. The conflict was very interesting, and as the movie progressed it revealed more about the inner workings of the Empire.

Some Like It Hot 1959
This was just okay for me. The characters were alright, but I couldn’t really connect with them because I felt like their personalities fluctuated a lot throughout the movie. I wasn’t a big fan of the plot, to be honest. Sure, it was funny when they first began, but it lost that comedic touch when Jerry started to lose himself in the character of Daphne. I’m also not one to like it when two characters falling in love start sneaking around and lying to each other, so while I liked Sugar and Joe’s relationship, I didn’t like that he lied to her about being a millionaire.

I really liked this movie! I loved all the characters and what they added to the story. Don was an amazing main character, and his friendliness and drive really pushed the story forward. Cosmo was a necessary comedic relief character. His songs and dance numbers also really progressed the plot, and they helped relax the other characters in tense moments.
