Dune 2021
I cannot comment on how it compares to the original, or how accurate it is to the book- but not gonna lie, for someone who never read, saw or heard of Dune before, I was mainly just hyped to see my girl Zendaya (sorry Timothee). What happens when a night of nail painting and karaoke turns into a quest to determine who gets to eat their lunch next to the coveted school fountain next year? You get, 'Sleepover.' Besides some slightly unrealistic dialogue, questionable student-teacher relationships, and a typical 2000's cliche ending, it's a cute movie. The Outsiders 1983
Fantastic book, and great movie. The characters are portrayed on-screen just like you picture them from the book. Besides watching the heart throbs of the 1980's for a full 90 minutes, it's a great story of brotherly-like love. Although, if you have the opportunity to watch the director's cut (or extended version) I definitely recommend because it follows the book closer and provides more back story.
