Second year in a row seeing one of my favorite films brought back to the big screen 🥹🤩
And this time, I got to introduce it to some family members that wouldn’t give it a chance before! Dad, Michelle, and Lincoln were thoroughly creeped, but liked it. Jim was forced to watch it with me many times as a child, so he knew the drill - and he still hates it 😂

This doc. featured the most basic information about such a complex case (I learned way more from the “20/20” episode that aired almost a year ago). Zero mention of Jodi’s past abuse and confinement of her niece. Although, it was very interesting to see through the interviews how completely enamored Kevin still is with his psycho wife (who definitely cheated with the therapist she shared a bed with) 😀
This has become a yearly rewatch for me. The small-town cult vibes reminds me of home 🤭
