  A lot more about love than war. Napoleon was completely different than I think we’ve been told in school, so the focus on the importance of a relationship was key to that point, but admittedly not expected.

  I’m not sure if I was in the mood to be scared or what, but I definitely thought about getting up and leaving multiple times from anxiety…which I guess is the point of a horror movie. I thought this movie was appropriately scary- it had all the elements of horror movies: jump scares, psychological torment, spiritual characters, and physical mutilation. I enjoyed that this scary movie actually followed through on the plot and played with symbolism/foreshadowing.

  This movie was perfect for its purpose. Funny, detail-oriented, honest script, and as fun as it made out to be. It painted a picture of both the best and worst things about being a girl.  The underlying message was something women as a whole can relate to, so the people that dislike the movie solely for the message are probably the ones that could never relate anyway.
