  one of those films with limited dialogue to rely on symbols EXCEPT THE SYMBOLISM NEVER RESULTED IN AN UNDERSTANDABLE ENDING. first he’s an alcoholic, then i thought he has aids, then it’s revealed he’s a opioid addict, then pays for sex work after it was previously offered for free? is his trip partner gay or what? this movie literally made me pass out in the theater.

  music was better than the movie— absolutely insane that netflix categorized this as a comedy. incredibly slow moving and depressing with an unsatisfactory ending… wish the plot was as good as the dialogue
