This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
This was so offensive to the prior two movies. Ryan Reynolds often plays this type of character and he's good at it, but it didn't feel fitting for the vibe of the Blade movies. The occasional funny line here and there is fine but every line he had was some stupid joke that took away any tension from any scene he was in.

Blade II 2002
Once again Wesley Snipes brings Blade to life with his incredibly comic book like movements and incredible acting. Something I really appreciate about this movie is that despite the locations (which all look incredible and fit the aesthetic perfectly) being dark, you can always see what is going on. There were definitely weak points of the season like the fight scenes and certain characters not getting enough focus but I LOVED this season so much, the songs were so fun, the colours were so bright, the theme was cute. I really loved Ichika as a protag. Yukari and Akira were in LOVE. Incredible. Show-stopping. Gay. What more could you really ask for?
