  i really, really wished i liked this film more. for its star cast, i thought i would've come away from it feeling something. anything. i couldn't be convinced of the chemistry between marvin and rose at ALL, and i found myself enjoying the side character's chemistry much, much more. the friends i watched it with said it gave off the vibe of an indie film, and not even one that would be premiered at a well-known film festival, and i'd have to agree. well shot and in some parts well acted, but overall disappointed i guess
