  Ironically, Fincher’s own minute-long advertisements for corporations like Apple and Nike have felt more entertaining and even emotional than this 2 hour slog filled to the brim with clunky, shameless product placement and structured like a videogame playthrough.

  Perhaps I missed the point and this is a brilliant subtle satire about how corporations like WeWork and Amazon are the real killers, with Netflix guilty brainwashing the public with tales of ruthless anti-heroes, fueled by McDonalds, who take no prisoners but draw the line at the stock traders.
