May not have lived up to the pure shock factor of the first time watching this film, but this is just something you can’t really take your eyes off the screen for. I love how much you can see the meticulous thought that went into every frame.
Doesn’t hold back on any punches on Trump, but the real reason to watch this film is Jeremy Strong. It’s just fun. But also sad, frustrating, perplexing. Obviously Cohn was extremely flawed, but Strong seems to capture and portray what made him successful. I hope he wins the Oscar.
Damn I thought going to an Italian marble quarry party in the 1950’s would have been a good time.
