Overrated. The romance and daughter storylines felt so forced and didnt grow any real roots in the story for the amount of importance they played. Also, didnt really feel like Neil was the person I thought he was going to be. In the end he really was just a psychopath with no growth.

The Brutalist 2024
There’s a great story in here, I just felt like it was muddied by a handful of unnecessary plot points and artistic decisions that confused the main story for me. I usually enjoy a long movie if it has a lot of detail to add to a cohesive story, but this felt TOO long for the amount that I wouldn’t have missed had it been chopped out.
