There is definitely some good here. It’s always wonderful seeing an original story in theaters. I’ll never complain about that. I also loved the chemistry and performances from Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender.
I overall just found the “twists” and character development here a bit dull. The main two characters, a married couple, feel well fleshed out and full, but the lack of time spent getting to know the secondary characters leaves the big “reveal” just underwhelming. If I had…
