  I can't really define what it was I had originally expected but as so often in life, the movie didn't even halfway come up to that. I felt dramatically overburdened by the ostensibly intricate treatment of chronology and never came to see it as more than a more or less bizarre gimmick.
  Also, there was way too much swearing, for my taste. And one more movie with no likeable character to be seen far and wide.

  Macbeth 2015

  Overly murky. This film could have done with a bit more sunlight. Sometimes it was so dark I was sure my screen had busted.
  Have seen worse Shakespeare adaptations, though.
