Saturday Night 2024
I think this is one of those pictures that’s better enjoyed if you haven’t already learned the background before you watch it. If you already know the story of how SNL first got on the air and what that first night was like, this movie may be a little boring. And it may have cut some of your favorite parts of the history of that first night for narrative reasons. It’s not for me, but it was well made.
