As a fan of action films, I would be hard pressed to skip out on a Jason Statham flick, so I was front and center when Wrath of Man debuted. The only other Guy Ritchie movie I’d seen at this point was the first Robert Downey Jr Sherlock movie. I have to say that the action scenes are so intense and flow so well that just between the two films, I should definitely watch more to see Ritchie do justice…
I normally love the crude and awkward humor Will Ferrell aims for in his flicks, so what would normally bump up the rating in other movies for me fell flat in this one.
I felt the movie dragged, and by the time it was over, I was left disappointed, holding a bag of unused potential that waited for a lot of these jokes to blossom into more, considering all the talent that took part in The Other Guys.
