A bit too slow to carry tension. Some fun scares + I really like the monster design in the end.

A stellar scary situation for a family on vacation. The acting is quite good. I didn't really have any big issues with the child acting. The gore was tasteful, shots were nice. Im all for Jordan Peele bringing back horror to the top, social commentary or not. I had some gripes with the rules of the "monsters" in this film, maybe i just didnt get it. Either way, a must see/must own.
