    barbie is exactly what an $150 million movie should be. 

    greta gerwig is an absolute genius. her ability to perfectly encapsulate the complexities of being a woman is insanely evident in barbie and i would give her anything and everything. as a 20somethingyearold working in film, she’s so fucking inspiring and i’m so grateful for her presence in this industry!

    EVERYTHING about this movie is great and should be studied for years to come. barbie might not win best picture, but will for sure sweep in other categories at the oscars.
