Bong Joon Ho + Sci Fi = always a win! This was really fun and properly done sci fi, the classic tropes done in an endearing and endlessly entertaining film! All the stars shine, and it’s utterly enjoyable!!

Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy 2025
Loved this, it has a bit of British classic sequel slop energy but not too much that it was distracting! It was extremely emotional and whilst at its core, the story had familiar elements, there was enough fresh stuff that it was a lot of fun!

The Wild Robot 2024
Maybe the internet does know what it’s talking about. This film is by one of the best films of the year, and arguably one of the best films of all time. It’s hilarious and incredibly emotionally impactful, not to mention just beautiful beyond belief. The animation combined with the score is genuinely breathtaking and the whole thing comes together as a truly astounding piece of art. I would impress upon anybody with a soul to see and support this film so we can get more original animated masterpieces like this.

This is a very heartfelt film, with stunning visuals and a fun, if by the numbers, plot. The issue I have is with the two leads.
