The Batman 2022
Cinematography was excellent, halfway dystopian complemented Battinson’s persona well — rough, dark, (surprisingly) exciting, simultaneous hope and hopelessness. The villain, The Riddler, could have been portrayed better (no part Dano’s fault, just poor script and presentation choices). I was pleasantly surprised with Battinson’s Batman. The character’s portrayal was on par with Christian Bale’s, yet more context could’ve been given for the Battinson’s Batman’s origin story. Overall excellent film and can’t wait for further instalments.
