One of the most important films I have ever seen. I knew going in that it would be a film that touched me but did not expect to what lengths. Some of the most profound depictions of grief I have witnessed, both on a personal scope but also collectively as humanity. Making it clear why our understanding of history is essential to what our future holds. A beautifully grounded, yet completely epic piece of filmmaking.
