The best way to describe this is an absolute mess of an absolutely important story that humans will never learn.
Whilst I can praise this for everything it's trying to do and carrying such a heavy task, alongside my capability to see the beauty that it was striving for...I cannot say that it is enough to make this a masterpiece.
I truly am confused on how to rate this, because for this I can see exactly the reasons people dislike…
I am moreso confused than I am pleased with seeing this film...while on a technical aspect its a great film, the themes to it in my opinion fall quite flat honestly...it's very difficult to describe despite being able to understand everything the film is trying to represent from the way that society treats people in mental institutions to maybe even going as large as the routine being what could drive one to insanity...but what works best with films that try…
I love RDCWorld and to see a short film like this from them is something I've been waiting for, for a long time. I was looking forward to this and now that it's dropped I've seen it and there's a lot to be said about this as a first grand scale work (not counting the other long-form youtube videos)

Continuity/editing error: There is however an editing/continuity error when Owl first lands in the tree, his feet touch the ground in the first shot and the one afterwards still has him floating/hovering before his feet touch the ground.
