Taoism Drunkard 1984
I've only seen a handful of these zany 80s magick-tinged kung fu comedy type joints, but my mind and body crave to experience infinite more.
This one especially isn't a horror flick, but the freakier stuff like the blackball creature and the woman aging decades and decades in an instant made it feel horror adjacent at moments in a comforting way.
SoooOooOoOo appealing to me.
I guess this is considered Miracle Fighters 3? And the other film in this set Miracle Fighters 4? I need to peep Shaolin Drunkard at some point, which seems to be Miracle Fighters 2.

The Carpenter 1988
Great slashery canadian haunted haus(er) flick!!! Most if not all of the violence seemed to be spliced in from a lesser quality source, but it didn't bother me any.
I've never actively sought out Wings Hauser flicks, but I'm always thrilled when he shows up in something I'm watching. He has a naturally unhinged look about him that really floats my boat lol.

First few min were promisingly W.A.V.Ey, but the rest of the runtime took more of a Power Rangers flavored kung fu x hangout flick route..... I do wish it had gone a bit hornier, but it kind of ruled lol.
