Barbie was hilarious. The jokes were over the top satirical and in your face. So many good uses of breaking the 4th wall, and such fun experimental filmmaking at play. It was very good, but I was expecting a more in your face dark comedy. I wouldn’t even really label it a comedy. There were some funny parts, but it was more of a drama than anything. Maybe a dramady. But it was good. Very complex, so you kinda have to have some historical background in this period of Russia in order to understand it. But yeah it was good.
