  The '60s 1999

  This is OKAY. I remember watching it when it first aired on network TV and I liked it. The rewatch was interesting . There’s no overarching plot really, just the experience of the decade from the viewpoint of two different families but the focus is mostly on the whitey’s. By part 2, the black family is hardly mentioned, which is unfortunate. Worth a watch but don’t expect anything great.

  Hadn’t watched this one in a while. Every bit as amazing and insane as it was the first time I watched it. Maybe the most impressive acting I’ve ever seen Jackman do and I want more movies with Gyllenhaal’s Detective Loki, STAT.

  A true visionary take on the DC superheroes. WB screwed the pooch so bad with the initial theatrical cut of this movie. Thank God the fans came together and were able to get Zack Snyder the opportunity to complete his film. 1 million times better than the giant turd that Joss Whedon delivered to us in 2017. WB will never live this down.

  I LOVE this movie. I love the vibe, the music, the cast. All of it. It makes me happy. I was obsessed with it when it came out on home video in 1997. I was 16. Just pure, unadulterated late 90’s sci-fi action goodness.
