One of my favourites. Great documentary about a phenomenal hockey player. So nostalgic every time I watch it. Simply a masterpiece.

Crazy, Stupid, Love. 2011
This movie is light-hearted and silly, but also plays to its actors’ strengths. It is a twist on the stereotypical player-turned-partner including an unlikely friendship between a middle-aged divorced man and a young man. Best of all, most of the insight about love comes from a naive and agonizingly optimistic 13 year old, and serves as a wake up call to his father. Did not expect to like it this much, but it’s a gem for sure.
