A underwhelming return to TV-MA Marvel television.
Overall this series is fun but disappointing with inconsistent fight scene choreography that goes back and forth from Daredevil (2015) level fight scenes to boring/predictable fights scenes that look like something you could see in a random NBC crime drama or Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013). The show is also heavily padded with flashbacks of Maya's ancestors that get replayed almost every episode which quickly got really annoying and unlike its predecessor Daredevil (2015)…Translated from by -
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom 2023
Some of the most visually pleasing predictable shlock I've seen all year. All of the villains suck and the Thor: Love and Thunder (2022) tier humor is insufferable but it is undeniably visually beautiful at times - A disappointing yet predicable end to the DCEU.
