Lacks subtly, jolts you with tone change every act, and what are these accents?!?
After 6 years this is a big let down, the only redeeming quality is Robert Pattinson and his ability to play literally any role (even two).
The story is all over the place and gives you no clear sense of emotion nor direction.
Bong could have done so much more with nuanced social commentary and Parasite stands alone in that field. Maybe he’s going Sean baker and making all his films have the same niche?
Guess we’ll wait another 6 years to find out
