grateful this has been preserved, it makes me wonder what other documentation has vanished to lost media — you can tell a white man directed this by the questions asked and the director's cut, nonetheless this film left me wondering why have lesbians and transmascs been erased from mainstream depictions of ball culture, and why do so many nonblack butches try to evoke black american masculinity specifically (jumpscare!)
