My cinephile cousin just told me that this movie is just a cash grab.
And while I partially agree, sometimes also great movies are made with the sole intention of making money, otherwise it wouldn’t be called the “industry” of cinema.
And regarding to Gladiator II, I think we can cut Sir Ridley Scott some slack regarding his motivation to why he decided to make a sequel

Watching this one I was dead sure that the photographer was played by Billy Magnussen.
For more than an hour since the movie began I was absolutely sure about that and when I discovered that was actually Ben Hardy who played the photographer... that was one of the best plot twists in this movie 😂😂😂This movie seems to be full of plot twist but instead everything that happens is pretty on the nose and predictable.
This movie seems to have a lot of sex in it, but lots of the scene are devoid of any sexual tension.
