    The lasting impact of one single act!

    Contact Hours is an examination of student suicide and how it impacts the community. 
    The script centres on a university janitor dealing with the aftermath of the tragedy. Through his interactions with students, the story reveals waves of emotional consequences. There’s a real sense of intimacy to how the grief unravels. Repeated visual cues of closed doors, lost keys and obscured faces; I felt close to this story and the sheer weight of such loss. A fantastic showcase of emotional intuition. Can’t wait to see where it goes next !

    Hard to put my finger on this one. A visual masterpiece. Never seen anything quite like it. 
    And what a score! This film had all the components to blow me away, packed with  nuances and layers to unravel. But In the end it was trying too hard, more concerned with becoming a great film before it was a good one. 
    A masterpiece that fell at the last hurdle…
