  Love the colourful lights, it has inspired me to read the suspiria de profundis. The attack of the kittens followed by the great massacre of the kittens.

  I knew this film had influenced Mr Bean but I had no idea how pioneering and influencial it was to cinema. Little happened in each shot and the pacing was slow so as to enjoy the vivid colours and the meticously well designed settings. It oozes France from its music to its humour and brought me back to my childhood, I could even smell the unforgettable odour of Camel cigarettes that leaves pleasant memories of my time in the South of France.

  A solid John Carpenter film. I like how there is no main protagonist, the people of Antonio Bay all play a role in solving the mystery of the Fog.

Following
