The Sign of Four 1983
My attitude towards this film quickly went from mild appreciation to eye-rolling disappointment. Most of the changes from the source material felt contrived, there for little more than stuffing action into the narrative and padding the runtime. I was quite happy with the decision to incorporate scenes with Small and Tonga rather than keep it all in the resolution at the end. That said, the mischaracterization of those characters were not appropriate. The cast was okay, Ian Richardson standing out in particular.

Totally Killer 2023
Comedic slasher that does time travel better than a lot of movies. Doesn't land everything (final fight was stretched out, for example) but willing to go for it. Some fun laughs and a solid cast.
