Great movie. Smaug was great.
I've got a nitpick tho. Why did Peter Jackson use the Wilhelm scream when Thrain was grabbed? That felt so out of place.
It's mostly used for characters no one knows their name or as a funny gag, an inside joke among film creators.
Now, I haven't read the books so maybe Tolkien wrote something of the likes: "Thrain was suddenly taken by the darkness whilst he scream like a little bitch." but I doubt…Translated from by -
