A fun and wacky time, but it's just so blunt with its themes. Could have used a bit of subtlety, I think. Robert Pattinson is fantastic!

I'm Still Here 2024
Beautiful. The beginning captures such a lovely nostalgic feeling, and then you get hit with the fear and the uncertainty and the grief. What an impactful film. Fernanda Torres is incredible.
I didn't realize this was gonna be about real people, so the ending came as a bit of a "hit with reality" moment. I mean I knew it was based on real history, but I didn't realize the characters weren't fictional until then.
