Leave the World Behind 2023
It's a different approach to the end of the world. I liked the idea, but I thought it was poorly developed. There was a lack of depth in the characters and certain parts of the plot. Despite being extremely open-ended, the ending is cool. However, it makes me feel like the film was just about the girl wanting to finish watching Friends.

A Haunting in Venice 2023
If you are looking for a film completely faithful to the book, I am sorry to disappoint you, but, despite being inspired by the work of Agatha Christie, the film is very different from it. Characters and story are just that, inspirations. The supernatural atmosphere (which is not in the book) brings a new perspective and a new challenge to the famous Hercule Poirot; a proposal that I thought was really cool, by the way. The ending didn't surprise me, but I liked the film.
