come on man at least get some guardrails around the endless pit someone could fall in
osha is gonna be all over that
Despite the misfortune of a late release date and some iffy special effects (not enough to distract from this wonderful display), this film prevails as a heartwarming instant classic. Randolph and Giamatti are an incredible duo, bringing a lovely charm to what otherwise is an intensely emotional and painful story of grief and heartache. I cannot recommend this film enough; it has cemented itself as a new favourite of mine. The classical references are as delightfully and delicately placed as the physical comedy, and the balance of emotions is so incredibly done. The Holdovers is a wonderful, golden film, and an excellent debut for Sessa.
literally one of the worst movies i have ever seen. the first time i watched it i thought it was one of those cheap 80s movies.
