This movie could be so much better, but I will give it this, it's memorable. The twist was something else.
Like. Genuinely not something I was expecting. I think this movie did something to my head. If you can't watch it on a fuzzy VHS copy you will be missing out, but I will say, the movie is fairly dark, you might need to squint.

I found out I could give it half a star. Awesome.
I have tried to watch this movie fully multiple times, and I'm fairly certain by how slow it feels, I'd love the book because it would be paced similarly.
Like most of the other based on Stephen King novel movies, this was a slow build.
Unfortunately about halfway in I keep falling asleep, and I keep waking up at about the "Here's Jonny" scene.
I don't fall asleep easily to movies. This is a movie I could put on to go to bed to.

Movie is good, I think the effects are pretty great. However this movie singlehandedly made me no longer able to eat sauced wings and over a decade later nothing has changed.
Solid movie. That bed scene haunts me.
