The Inbetweeners Movie 2011
Watched the show again recently and it's still very funny. This wasn't. I can't be bothered to look but it feels like it was written by whole different people to the show. Also, the ending was just ridiculous. They all get the girl? All four of them happened to meet the right girl in the same friendship group. Completely unearned cheesy rubbish. Also, why did the girl Simon end up with want him? The whole plot about her liking him…

I enjoyed this as a kid and the nostalgia carried it. I can't really give it a fair rating. The thing I find crazy though is that this is a kids film. It's kinda violent and scary a lot of the time. I was a big scaredy cat as a kid and yet somehow I loved it. Watched it loads.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High 1982
I love a decent high school movie. I think teenagers are the ideal characters because their psyches and views are maleable. Since a film can only include so much into their runtime, this makes them a great choice, as you don't need to spend too much time forming a coherent worldview.
This movie is funny and very watchable. Even though virtually nothing happens, it really is a fun watch.
