Not bad. I liked the plot and the new idea of space/blackholes. Cinematography was great, and the overall scenes and sets were very real looking and very professional. Some people hate this movie, others think it’s a generational treasure, my opinion it’s definitely a must watch but it’s also no where near a generational movie. Could’ve spent more time developing the antagonist. 8/10

A very sad film. Great character development, to the point where I was genuinely sad when Setsuko died. The best brother imaginable, he was so patient and caring for his little sister, did whatever it took to provide for Setsuko. How the story developed, I expected a happy ending where they both grow up to be happy, but was heartbroken when the ending came. Seita tried so hard to care for his little sister, but in the end, it was…
I really liked the plot, didn’t feel rushed but in some places it did. Took a little bit to get going but it kept going until the end which I liked. Great plot twist. Some of the sisters felt unnecessary to the overall plot, but it was nice that they weren’t all helpless and they kept fighting. Acting overall could’ve been better, but was at least watchable. Overall not a bad watch, 7/10.
This movie is so good. I love the stop motion animation. Not to mention the absolute perfect plot. Words cannot express how great this movie is. 10/10 you will not be disappointed. In 87 minutes your life can be bettered by this movie
