Sting 2024
I think the director thought it would be clever and atmospheric to barely show the creature in the first 30 minutes and instead bombard the audience with strange sounds.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t work.
Sting is boring, has absolutely one-dimensional characters, and doesn’t even deliver the expected gross-out factor.
Sting is bloodless, unaesthetic, uninteresting, and simply very, very bad!
