  I would start with at least 2-3 days a week of intensive therapy for this child. Maybe progress to residential if his father refuses to stop talking to him about sex in place of engaging with his disturbed responses to his mother’s death.
  Why does no one NO ONE tell Meg Ryan what she is doing is disturbed? Also poor nice Bill Pullman, whose only crime is ... having allergies?
