1 of a kind film.
Stands on its own 2 legs (4-legs if you will) as just an animated movie. But the fact it was created in Blender and used real animal noises for all the characters makes it a stand-out.
The best part of this film, in my opinion, was seeing the animals display human-like behaviors without compromising their identities as animals.
In addition to that, the animation was stunning and the world was captivating.
The plot was up for grabs, which I think decreases this movie’s rewatch-ability, but still a great vehicle for everything the film put on display.

A painful-to-watch end to a painful-to-watch series. To be fair, I think that’s exactly what they were going for. They know people will watch it regardless (and I’m proof!)

Alien: Romulus 2024
I’d never seen an Alien movie before this, but might have to see the original now!
There was one pivotal moment to the plot involving some characters being trapped that I think they probably could’ve gotten out of with a little more trying, but then the movie wouldn’t have happened haha.
Also this movie kept being described to me as “scary”, and I think I over prepared my nerves because I wasn’t really scared at any point. More suspenseful and thrilling.
Overall I enjoyed the plot and found myself feeling invested in the outcome of the characters!
