Throne of Blood 1957
Powerful, raw cinematography. Strong dark mystical mood. Love Macbeth, great adaptation. Acting fits the story well, actors are very skilled with facial expressions. From what I've heard the sets are faithful to the time in which this story is set to take place. Very impressive that Kurosawa hired real archers to shoot the arrows right next to the actors.
