Just a good all round film really.
Ocean’s 11 meets Portrait of a Lady on Fire. (Big undersell)
Very deft pacing. It’s rare to see so much character and plot development in the first hour of a film. Nice to not feel like the start of a film is just build up you know? Even nicer when it manages to progress from the already hectic opening hour by spiralling into some really clever plot twists. A good story, done justice…

Just watch this one.
Dystopian black comedy from the guy that went on to write Amelie.
Genuinely crease at times and just hilarious in premise, with a perfect bunch of ragtag characters.
Can’t recommend enough.
Oh and it’s shot gorgeously.
