The Devil All the Time 2020
A slow burner this film was with a plot that felt like it didn’t go anywhere. However the cast was stellar and provided for an interesting watch in a film where gruesome acts of violence is almost in every scene. The ambling story with zero pacing let it down for me though.

Tenet is a mind boggling espionage thriller with the element of sci-fi that feels grounded similar to Nolan’s 2010 movie Inception. John David Washington plays the mysterious “protagonist” in a great performance that shows you that he has what it takes to save the world but also does this without being emotionless. Patterson also shines here and the two are a joy to watch in the intense action set pieces.
