Extremely disappointed in this “film”, if you even want to call it that. Since the invention of the moving picture, filmmakers have idolized capturing the essence of human nature. This “film” is none of that. The makers behind this movie attempt to hide the absence of a real story with flashy lights, cute sets, and overwhelming (and honestly poor) camera work. Absolutely amazing movie. Coming from a household led by an interracial couple, I cannot help but appreciate the representation from this cinematic masterpiece. This piece perfectly highlights the experience of the mixed race couple. TATBILB is simply iconic, and anyone who wants to their eyes opened and their lives changed should watch this film.
