  I could see how this would be someone’s favorite movie. Like Mad Max but on water, & it’s kinda corny like the way men in black or the fifth element is, in a late 90’s early 00’s kinda way. It’s a fun watch & oddly nostalgic

  Had a depressive episode so bad I had to skip a friends birthday party. After a couple hours, calmed down enough to do anything at all, & that was to watch this movie. It barely made things better

  Paul Thomas Anderson’s fifth film, There Will be Blood, is a critically acclaimed masterpiece. The film embodies every characteristic of an American Epic. During the first fifteen to twenty minutes, there is no dialogue. The only way you realize that your television is in fact not muted by sitting on the remote, is hearing the crescendo of synthesized strings entering the scenes like bats out of hell.
