28 Days Later 2002
Overall good movie. Cillian Murphy transformed from hobo into super chad. Like many other reviews comment on, the literal quality of the movie is for some reason super low and I don’t understand why they made that decision, in the end the quality shoots up to 1080p so clearly it was a stylistic decision. Without spoilers, I would say the pacing if the movie had its ups and downs but the ending was surprisingly satisfying.
If the movie was shot on something other than a Nintendo DS I would rate it 4 stars but I’ll go with 3.5 for now

The Florida Project 2017
Excellent movie. All the characters feel very real and authentic. Touches on the reality of doing what’s necessary to survive and provide for yourself, but doing so out of desperation in the wrong ways. The child actors were phenomenal, they definetly captured the adventurous spirit of children in a very real way, but also not glorifying them but making them as immature as real kids
