Little Richard: I Am Everything 2023
Incredibly directed documentary. Genius use of archival footage to tell Little Richard's life in his own words, and those who knew him the best. I loved the modern artists providing a direct line to his influence in their music. The talking heads in the doc are essential and not superfluous in providing context of Little Richard's infleunce intersectionality. By the end of this doc, I totally understood why Little Richard is the innovator and architect of rock n roll.
