This movie really demonstrates that girls rule the world, cause while the 2 guys have been stuck in this time loop for an infinite cycle, only once a woman shows up does shit get done. She teaches herself quantam physics to solve her problem and that's the level of extra and self reliance I would like to achieve in life.

Every single shot of this film looks like a painting. It is stunningly beautiful from the costuming to the set. Gerwig's care and attention to the book and Alcott's life is felt throughout and she masterfully blends Jo and Alcott's lives.
The film shines in it's dialogue and blocking demonstrating the relationship dynamics between the characters. Meg's coquettish glances at John Brooke are contrasted to the way Jo playfully hits Laurie like he's her brother. The Marches feel like a…
Not what I was expecting based on the promotional materials. It felt like it took a long time to get started and even then it felt like there was something missing as many things were never fully fleshed out.
Did Dr. Skirth actually have kids? Did Eddie ever find out she died? Why does the LIFE foundation NOT have government oversight? How did Venom survive?
While there were some funny lines and a few good moments once Venom and Eddie start to establish a rapport, overall I was cringing at the shocking amount of nameless deaths and weird alien tongue.
