First thing to know before watching: they're not zombies. The infected are very much alive, very angry, and very fast. Imagine the bastard child of rabies and hemorraghic fever with a heavy dose of PCP thrown in for some extreme rage and inability to feel pain. Result: rage virus.

This movie is garbage. The acting is awful, but more to the point: this is mean-spirited, gross torture porn parading as a warning to teenagers but that plays more like the directors fucked up rape fetish. The ending is horrifying, but in a "I feel gross and want to drown in bleach" way, not a good horrifying way.
Someone on a forum said "guys, don't watch this, it's awful quality AND torture porn and I hate myself" so we all said "haha you fuckin' loser, it can't be that bad"
The next day after a bunch of us watched we can confirm: yup, terrible in every way.
